SecuTeam has been offering a full service at the highest level since 1998.

Our team of consultants includes two renowned security consultants, a lawyer, a political scientist, two emergency doctors specialising in medical risk management, a coach and three operational specialists from the police and military – including former commando soldiers from the Special Forces Command.

Ann-Kathrin Kuhlmann

Ann-Kathrin Kuhlmann is the managing director of SecuTeam.
She is a lawyer and foreign language correspondent. At SecuTeam, she is responsible for personnel issues, communication with authorities, planning and managing special operational assignments as well as compliance and data protection.

With many years of experience in corporate groups and with authorities, she specialises in negotiation, conflict resolution, approval procedures and contract drafting.

Gunda Seifert

Gunda Seifert is the co-founder of SecuTeam and has been with the company from the very beginning. She trained in banking at Deutsche Bank AG and has a wide range of additional accounting qualifications. She has also completed state-recognised training as a detective and has more than 25 years of experience in the field of private security.

At SecuTeam, she is in charge of all investigations and research. She is also responsible for finances and commercial matters, and manages our back office.

Jorgos Seifert

Jorgos Seifert is the founder of SecuTeam. After training as a reserve officer (first lieutenant in the reserve) in the military police, he studied law for four semesters before switching to Germany’s first security management degree programme at the police faculty of the Altenholz University of Applied Administrative Sciences (Kiel).

He has been working in the private security industry for almost 30 years and has developed an extensive network of contacts. With more than 20 years of experience in personal protection and the support of high-profile clients – as well as a decade in corporate security – he is well versed in the special requirements and sensitive conditions in this area of work. He always advises our clients personally and with the highest standards of discretion and quality.
