What sources and data do we use?

We process personal data that we receive from our clients, from publicly accessible sources or from third parties as part of our business activities.

What do we process your data for and on what legal basis?

b) As part of the balancing of interests (Art. 6 para. 1f GDPR) If necessary, we process your data beyond the actual fulfilment of the contract to protect our legitimate interests or those of third parties, e.g. assertion of legal claims and defence in legal disputes, prevention and investigation of criminal offences, etc.

c) Based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1a GDPR) If you have given us your consent to process personal data for specific purposes, the lawfulness of this processing is based on your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time. The revocation of consent only applies to the future and does not affect the legality of the data processed prior to receipt of the revocation.

d) Due to legal requirements (Art. 6 para. 1c GDPR)

Who receives your data?

Within the company, access to your data is granted to those employees who need it to fulfil contractual and legal obligations. Data is also passed on to service providers used by us to fulfil orders, provided that you have given your consent.

How long will your data be stored?

We process and store your data for as long as this is necessary for the fulfilment of contractual and/or legal obligations. If this requirement is no longer met, your data will be deleted.

What data protection rights do you have?

Every data subject has the right of access under Art. 15 GDPR, the right to rectification under Art. 16 GDPR, the right to erasure under Art. 17 GDPR, the right to restriction of processing under Art. 18 GDPR, the right to object under Art. 21 GDPR and the right to data portability under Art. 20 GDPR. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR in conjunction with Section 19 BDSG). Consent given to the processing of personal data can be revoked at any time. The revocation of consent only applies to the future and does not affect the legality of the data processed prior to receipt of the revocation. Is there an obligation to provide data?

As part of the business relationship, you provide the data required to fulfil the order and due to legal requirements. It is not possible to conclude a contract without this data.
